Holidays are upon us, time for all the family and friends to start coming over, even the ones you dont particularly care for. Who needs some sprucing up. No job to big or to small. Have a bid already? Let me try to beat it.
Work seems to always slow towards the end of the year.

I need the ridge caps replaced on the roof. Asphalt composition. 1800 sq ft house.
Any roofers out there ?

Decided to do myself. 3/4 of the way done, 240' total @ 12 sections.
Got a estimate of $1600 by a contractor, cost me $400 in materials.

Glad to hear your getting it done, $1200 profit is high considering it should only take two guys two days for ridge only. I have noticed alot of contractors are bidding high, obviously to compensate for lack of work. Maybe they should take into consideration thats its part of the problem. Either way I sent you my number, feel free to call if you need anything in the future.
