Pyramid lake

Good morning guys,any luck at pyramid ???
There is a pyramid overflow on the right side of 5 freeway,few years
ago i use to fish there,anybody fished there lately ???

Its a Bust.. Bust as in Ticket by CHP and or LA Couny Cops.
Only way to fish it and not get busted is to have someone drop you off. Dont park on the dirt road off the 5.
There are fish there.... :-)

Last time i was there,i took the dirt road down with my 4x4,fished for few hours
no hits,i didn't see any no traspassing sighn off the freeway,did you catch any fish there ?

Pyramid Lake has lots of Smallmouth and Striper. The Smallmouth are all along the banks 5-20 ft. The striper are mostly deep but I've seen them boiling by the banks of the island. Good Luck!

There are some bass and crappie. Been hit pretty hard the last few years by the tube guys. Could be tough these days.

The overflow is mos def a bust. I went there about 13 years ago. Caught a ton of 3 to 8 pound catfish, but about two hours into it the CHP came on down and gave us a ticket.

So we cannot park our car on the dirt road off the 5 freeway? I saw many people park their car over there.
