Here is an awesome marinate for any firm meat such as tuna,yellowtail, WSB, Thresher shark etc.
Go to Trader Joes Market and purchase Soyaki marinate. Trust me it is awesome and very cheap!!
:Cool::Cool:SOYAKI Marinate~ Shake well before use
PLACE fillets in a shallow dish or Ziplock bag. Pour marinade over fish, turn to coat both sides. Cover and refrigerate for 60 minutes.
(** For more flavor, reserve 1/4 cup of marinate for basting)
REMOVE fish from marinade. Discard marinade.
PREHEAT grill to medium.
PLACE Make drainage holes in a sheet of Aluminum Foil with a large grilling fork; Place the Aluminum foil sheet on grill grate with non-stick (dull) side towards the food; immediately place fillet on the foil.
GRILL 6 to 8 minutes on each side in covered grill or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Lightly brush marinate after turning.
