This definitely seems like good news. I don't see any downside here; according to the article, the long-term prognosis is for better water levels and water supply at Diamond Valley.

Yes they have been getting the duct water from the State Water Project. The eastern branch of the duct has been flowing wide open for like 6 months now carrying lots of water to Silverwood, and then ultimately DVL.

Totally like the idea of more water in the "Jewel".

Sure does make launching a boat alot nicer now that the ramp is able to lauch 6 boats at once oppose to the 3 before.

And compared to when you couldn't launch private boats at all !!!

they need to open 2 gate entrances. Very long lines in the morning......!!!!!

that was a very interesting article , and it seems like a lot of striper came in with all that water, dvl is still below full pool. and hopefully we have some some decent rain this winter for dvl, and all of our lakes

ya i agree and they need to extend the shore fishing boundaries

And they need to add a mini mart of sorts, where I can pick up a sandwich or a beer. It gets hot out there!
