The west side, my brother lives out there, so i'm out there several times a month. Definitely need to hit the Lagoon, I fished it last Saturday, for 1, been a tough bite. Hopefully it will cool down soon, and the weeds will disperse, then the bite should pick up soon.

I'm thinking about fishing it this Satuday, if your interested.

As for the gang, I fished with Socal about 3 weeks ago, hes doing well. Haven't seen Ron, or Matt, I think VG is living in AZ.

Not sure if you read my post in the general discussion, Rambogottafish passed away about a month ago, I was fishing with him 3- 4 times a month on his boat.

I might be able to get out there this Saturday, let me know what your plans are. Last Saturday was slow, they had
about 60 boats on the water for an event for under privledged kids, called Cast for kids. I fished areas I normally stay away from, didn't want to get in the way of them getting on a fish.

I miss those days myself. I have seen a few ponds locally. I may have to do some after work night fishing but dayum I'm on the 4am schedule for work. I'm just happy to have a job right now! I will figure out how to squeeze more fishing time in and stick a toad just for you!

I will have to study a lot of local waters first.
