While looking for a NorCal steelhead guide, I found that he was not on this list.

Does it matter I don't know but thought I would share.

the state sends you and app at the end of the year if you return before you license is up at the end of jan each year, if youre on time you make the list if you send it in late you dont ,they try to help you by making the list for there list and some others that are generated to help people find you for youre service, i was late this year and didnt make the list,,,,,,,,,,,,,
