Friend got a 12lb Carp. He got it under a dock in Emerald bay.
Go to the village and you will see some giants. When I was growing up in Arrowhead they use to have a monthly contest for the biggest carp. I won once with a 26lbs that I caught by the village dock before they banded fishing from that area.

I have fished that bay a couple of times, but the last couple of times I went there, they wouldn't even let me park there or anywhere near there. I think the sign said "residents only."
yea, arrowhead is a private lake. I could't believe how hard they have made it to fish there. I remember going from village cove to the village when the small mouth would have their nests. Catch a bunch and come back the next week and catch the same ones again.
