Bako boys show mercy on the striper, SLAY tuna out of Morro Bay

Dayum those suckas can bleed! Left at 1 am, fishing by 6. Singles, doubles, triples, quads, and multiple fish bait stops. The Admiral had a 46 fish bait stop and over 90 fish total.

Landed 21 to 30 lbs.. Lost 8 on knock downs, hook pulls, and 1 bust off. Left Bakersfield at 9pm, got on the water at 1 am fishing by 5:30

First fish came near 6:30 on a double hookup, we forgot to bait down, made a pass back through, got another double then baited 7 more. AWESOME!

Good bite till 11-2 pm. Then got really good. Doubles, Triples, Quads, but the bait stops didn't pan out in the afternoon.

Headed back to the Harbor at 3, got in bed at 10pm. Was a blast!

I got worked hard by a bait stop fish on a light setup. 10 min fight that the fish eventually won and I am feeling it in my arms this morn.

We had to clean fish on trolls, cause all the fish holds were filling up

One thing I learned was to take extra clothes and have waterproof pants and boots!
