Hey guys,
I may be in Laguna Beach this weekend and was wondering about the regs for fishing off the beach and rocks. I've only been through there a few times and saw several 'no fishing' signs. Has MLPA shut down the whole Laguna Beach area for shore fishing? Is there anywhere shore anglers can fish at Laguna?
