Big Bear Lake info please!

Any information about this lake? I never been there and probably going Sept 10th weekend. I am reading that there is both small and largemouth bass? Also will trout still be around?

Can you rent boats here?

its a hit or miss lake from shore...there are good spots to fish...a little down the left side of the dam i think is the best.. trout are there yes..thats prolly the majority fish in there.. oh and yes u can rent boats..just look up some info online..goodluck
