Has anyone been to hemet lately? any news on the bass bite?

good luck, we have a hard time finding any with electricity, though the few we sample are nice. target trout, pumpkinseed or carp @ hemet.

What do you mean with electricity? and are you eating the large mouth bass out off lake hemet? your post confuses me :EyePop:

You know Steve. Electric Bass. Like the Electric Eel. They are yellow. You have to be careful when handling them. The ones in Hemet don't shock you too bad.

Is that actually the fish's natural colors? Looks like maybe the environment, its food source, or some crap in the water made the fish like that.

Steve, I have not fished Lake Hemet for BASS yet this year, but, a friend of mind has been up there a few times and pulled out a few solid 2-3 pounders over by the dam and by the rock points. Texas rigging and drop shotting. I may hit it up soon.

Yeah, that's a legit pic, pretty sure of it. There's a thread on some forum about odd-colored bass, that was one of the one's posted.
