help on inflatable kayaks

hi was wondering if any of you yakers out there could give me some advice on inflatables. i'm looking to buy one to fish in. i know sit on tops are the best for that, but seeing that i drive a mazda rx8, i'm pretty much forced to get an inflatable. any suggestions? i've been looking at the advanced elements expedition. thanks.
