Great fishing for wild rainbows and some browns. A lot of the areas got silted in with sand due to last winters heavy rains. Easy access from the "T6" crossing off of Forest Road 3N14 (16?). Take Hook Creek Road in Cedar Glen, near Lake Arrowhead to the forest road. Gets a little rough when you drop down to the T6-need a 4x4 or at least a good clearance vehicle at the end.
Devil's Hole is another good spot-just continue past the turnoff to the T6 and watch the signs. The road to Devil's Hole is 4x4 only. If you do a little hiking away from the parking areas the fishing can be really good. Mostly 6 to 8 inch rainbows, but there are bigger ones. Need to get away from the swimmers!
Bring H2O and watch out for rattlers! Remember this area is a barbless hook-no bait area (CCR, T14 7.50 (b)(55)). Have fun!
