I am thinking about ordering a pair of wading boots from Cabelas, but have a concern about fit. Are they made to fit over a wader stocking foot or do I need to get a half size larger for a proper fit?

I depends on what kind of boot they are. I got a neoprene boot size 12 (with a rubber sole) to fit over stocking waders and I wear a size 10.5. I tried them on at bass pro shops first. It is probably a bit big but it feels good to me. You should find some place that has a similar product and try them on first with stocking waders or you maybe disappointed. Just my opinion though.
