Kiddos and I hit up Silverwood today and fished off of the dock -- we started at about 0615 and my daughter had her first cat by about 0700, waited around several hours and my son caught his first cat by about 1030 - we had several pickier bites but left at about 1130. Several folks were out catching 1-2 cats a piece and one guy caught a small schoolie striper- we were doing the typical cut chovie thing and a couple folks were using shrimp. Good way to spend a few hours with the kids!
