Where exactly is the skiff rentals at King Harbor?

I did a little bit of googling and it says it's at the end of portofino way at Rocky Point Fly Fishing. I just need conformation on if this is true because on saturday I looked around for skiff rentals at Portofino Way, but the guy standing by the gate at the Yacht club informed me that only Kayak rentals were available. Thanks.

There is parking by Rocky Point but you have to go through gates at the hotel to get there.
