Whatever knot you have the most confidence in tying correctly.

For me, that's the SD Jam knot since it works with 25lb and 30lb really well.

Heres a really good link that shows how to tie various different kinds of knots: http://www.netknots.com/html/fishing_knots.html

My 2 cents!!
I like the knots with 2 wraps on the eye.. Palomar & Trilene.
Especially for heavy rigs.

Almost everything I tie is Palomar, not sure I can even tie another knot anymore.. LMAO...

I use the Palomar on just about everything. For bigger stuff I usually tie on a San Diego Jam.

Palomar is great, but a little cumbersome to get the loop around huge hardbaits with lots of trebles. I feel just as confident in the Trilene and use it to tie a knot in a hurry in this situation. But really Trilene and Palomar is 99% of what I use.

palomar when using mono, double palomar when using braid.

Palomar knot 95% of the time, if using flouocarbon us have to be very careful not to let the double wrap over it's self as the line can cut into it's self, if using striagt braid i'll use a uni knot.

I agree. Alot of people say the palomar knot does not work well with Fluorocarbon but as long as your carefull and take the time to tie it correctly it works great.
