The Sandman and I fished Newport yesterday morning. Using Bloodworms.
Slow but productive.
We managed 22 fish in all. 6 Corbina to 1-1/2Lbs, 8 Barred Perch up to 1-1/2Lbs and 8 Yellowfin Croaker Up to 1-1/4Lbs.
All released.
Still, nice to be on the sand again.
