Bernasconi Beach car ripoffs

Anybody had any weekday problems with car ripoffs when starting fishing early?I know that the entrance is manned on weekends.

i was there on monday didn't c any wrong . btw how do you fish that area weeds are everywhere .i was fishing from shore going for bluegill everytime i reel my line in i catch 5lb of weed.
