3 generations fished for the first time on SM pier. I chose this pier because my nephews had never been pier fishing, and if they became bored, there's always the ferris wheel & roller coaster.
My mother, with the help of Gianni, caught 2 BSPs and a little shiner.

My father, with assistance from Vittorio, caught a baby bat ray.

I caught a 2" rockfish. Didn't know they came that small. All were caught on shrimp although we also used cut macks & cut 'chovies. We release the bat ray & rockfish, but kept the 3 perches.
