AWESOME!!

It was my Birthday, and I had never been on a charter/party boat before. I wasn't really knowing what to expect, but Captain Rob and his crew really made our 1/2 day trip GREAT:Big Grin:.

We caught tons of bass, and had an absolute fantastic time on the water. I got to use my vintage RODDY Built custom one piece rod, and really fell in love with it! I can't wait to get back out there, and I highly recommend that you give the Nautilus and Captain Rob out of Newport Landing a try.

Hi driven2fish,

WTG. Where or how far up did the boat go to get the Bass. Seen the Natutilus up on the 'Shoe' a number of times in June.

we didn't go that far out...just cruised a wee bit up from newport. i could see the newport finger jetties, and the HB pier, no problem. captain only moved the boat once, and we were sitting on top of fish for the whole morning.
