I made this the other night and it was really really good.
A friend brought me back some halibut steaks from his Alaskan fishing trip, bear in mind I only cook for one so adjust accordingly.
Melt a stick of butter in the microwave in a small bowl. Throw in some rosemary - fresh or dried is fine - and just a small sprinkle of sage.
Drag the raw fish through it a few times until it's coated.
Oil the bbq grill lightly to prevent sticking.
Cook around 6 minutes each side, basting the halibut with the remaining butter mixture.
