Well it was a short trip because of my back. On the water around 6:15 a.m. and off the water before 10 a.m. but we did manage to catch a few fish. Those of you that know Michael know that he is a self-proclaimed topwater junkie. He was throwing that huge lunker punker for a good part of the morning. Unfortunately he didn't get anything on that particular bait but we did manage 5 bass with an additional 5 missed blow-ups on other topwater baits. It was foggy and the water temperature was about 74 degrees.
I'm hoping the back feels better and that maybe i can get back out there tomorrow.
