Hi TFC,

Yes ..... I was a bit confused at the all-encompassing term FREE the DFG uses. I call bs on that one !! To possess certain species .... you have to have a card to record your catch (specifically lobster) but some fish species (new this year ....Sturgeon) have cards too. How do you get the card ...... you buy it ..... so what's free about that !?! Duh !! :)
