Fished down south this weekend , Launched in the surf at 430pm made a tank full of macks , and waited for some life .. at 830 pm , My bottom rigg get bit, I was able to land a 41 pound WSB on a fresh frozen Squid..

Thanks Guys ! The fish took about 10 minutes to land I was using 65 lb spectra with a 3 foot Top shot of 40lb , This fish had me fooled from the start I thought it was a Bat ray or a BSB at first , I was a bit suprised when I seen color . I put the fish down in the hatch .

I watched a couple guys catching schoolie striper from kayaks at Castaic, what juggling act.

It's got to be even more so with a fish like that.
