Was on Lake at 0630 Friday and things were slow until 0730 when the Topwater Bite went off. I missed several on my Zara Spook and boated a 4-pounder. Again things slowed down until the wind really picked at about 2 PM. Tied on a big Spinnerbait and headed to the north shore wear the waves were really crashing the shore. Within 30 minutes I boated (2) 4-pounders and (2) 3-pounders. The Bass really slammed the Spinnerbait and it was a blast. My Buddy broke off and about ten seconds later the Bass surfaced and tried in vain to shake the bait from his mouth; hilarious...
