had a good time wednesday hopefully the bass bite will turn on a bit more next week. im all yes on the tubing lets do it some time next week

Absolutely ... I quit fishing cuda after catching the first legal ... just to say I did and gave it away !! Bass bites were tough on plastics although your grand dad slayed 'em on (Yech) really, really dead and frozen, then thawed Squid.

Nice report Ron.
I took my boys out on Friday to the Coronados for some YT's, but no love. Did end up with some cuda's though.
The boys were using sardines with a 2/0 hook and 1/2 oz sliding egg. I was using a new 2 1/2 oz, green mackeral megabait and was just killing them. All barracuda were let back into the water.
Also got some rockfish to eat, whitefish, vermillions, sand dabs, treefish and a bunch of small starries (all released).
