provo river utah middle section

fished july 13- july 15 the river has changed. in the last 5 years they've changed the flow of the river to the orignal path it took naturally.we caught plenty of rainbows,cuthoats,and browns most were small 6-10" but we caught some nice ones too 16"+the bigger fish were caught on a #2 gold mepps spinner a bait used by the locals as well as storm and gulp 3" minnows.the smaller fish loved the dry flies pmds,crickets,misquitos,and knats fished with a clear bubble and a 3 ft leader.shoulder injury keeps me from using a fly rod.there were deer,beavers,and assorted other wildlife in the area.soory no pics of the fish my wife forgot to charge the small camera and the bigger digital was to hard to use 1 handed we have some other pics i'll post later when she gives me the chip to download.
