After last week's successful outing to this little lake we decided it was time for a return visit.I picked up my two new fishing buddies and headed up to Wrightwood.
As soon as we put our lines in the water we picked up two fat little stockers

Okay so they were small, but boy were they fat. After that, the trout got lockjaw. Se we busted out the light tackle and staged a commando raid on the bluegill population. My buddy Mike was on them all day

This little lake is a great place to take the kiddies to learn how to fish. These gillies are small, but they are everywhere. I even caught the smallest bluegill of my life.

The fresh mountain air makes this a little lake a great place to visit. (PS- you do need an adventure pass)

The only thing that could of top this great day is if my buddy Sam Fisher could have made it.
