Goodbye to all for now!! Moving to Louisiana

On tuesday Ill be packing up my stuff, hitching up the boat and moving out to northern louisiana to play football for grambling state university. Ill be living in ruston in between Shreveport where the 2009 classic was and monroe which has no major significance but is a larger city. Ill be leaving this desert that is southern california and living in the state they call sportsmans paradise. Luckily ruston is pretty far away from that god forsaken oil spill. So ill be posting some reports in the out of state section for you fish porn addicts. and if anyone ever finds themselves in northern louisiana and have a hankering to get some fishing in shoot me a pm and ill show you around. Thanks for all the tips and info over the past couple years.

Best of luck in Louisiana. From all that I have read and heard about the place, it sure is sportsman's paradise.

Was loosely making plans this summer to stay in New Orleans and fish out of Venice LA on my friend's boat up until a month ago....don't think I'll be going anytime soon now. My shot at a blackfin at the salt domes will have to wait until BP does their thing.

Appreciate everything guys. Ill be fishing my way out there as well so if anyone has any suggestions on lakes to fish near the 10 or 20 in texas lemme know. ill def be fishing lake fork
