Anyone ever fish at Napili Bay, Maui?

Heading over there this sunday for a week of fun in the sun. Yeah, to me that would be fishing, so has anyone here ever fished there? All that I've been able to scrummage up is that there are a bunch of rocks and reefs around the bay. I have found nothing that says that I can or can't fish there. Also, do I need a license to fish from shore? Some sites say I don't need it, but does this apply to Napili. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

oh yea forgot to add in that pm, if your gonna be casting lures fish the points on either side of the bay casting right in the surf into the bay. I caught a huge Omilu on that north point casting past the surf.
