My son and I stopped by Intake II Thursday afternoon for a quick float tube session while on our way up to Idaho. We started fishing around 5:00 PM and it was best from 6:00 to 7:00. Straight mini jigs (cricket or grasshopper color) and 3# test. We easily caught 15-20 fish apiece. Big fish was a 20+" Alpers. This thing was fat. Not sure on the weight. We also caught two 14" browns.
Pretty breezy, but not too bad. Everything was released. There is some road work on 168 so expect a little delay. For what it's worth, we talked to another tuber who said North Lake in the morning was very good.
