in particular around the canals behind the rich peoples houses lol you can fish there with a license and a stamp right? and whats the most common kind of fish anyone has either seen pulled out or pulled out personally?

He might be wondering about the legality of fishing in those areas as well, not just the types of fish that can be caught. I have wondered this sometimes myself, but I would just say stay off private property.

Private property Starts at the high tide line..
I have tubed right up next to back yards while people were BBQing etc.

Pardon me, do you have any gray poupon?? LOL

Ive had conversations with them...

Some will get peeved, and try and intimidate you, but not many if at all..
Be nice to them!!! it isnt worth arguing.. The fish are everywhere....

Yes!!!!!!

Except in High security areas, Military, Terrorist targets etc..
But they are well marked and I dont think there are any at NPH??

Look for the high tide line, it could be a stain on a wall. Does't always mean you have to be in the water.

wow thanks for the clarification nessie hunter and DR. i've always felt a little uncomfortable/worried when fishing nph due to this. but i figured as long as im not on their docks im good.
