hit seal beach up to catch a good salt water pull, but the max weren't up to par..mostly lil dinkyz caught, but the mackrel bite is flareing up and i usally tell beginers to head for the pier mack bite for the kids cause it's off the hook when the school runs through..headed back to the INSANE*EMPIRE around 6, still had the fishing urge and to early for a ninja session so i stopped by fairmont to bait and wait tortillas and bass fish the tank and treeline..did so for 2hrs and nada...headed to a new ninja spot i was scopin out and hit once with no luck..not this time, did the usual ninja ops bullshi7 and trekked through a mile hike into what i like to call AQUA*MANS POND and if you ever been there you would know why it's named that...started off with traditional ninja color senko that works everywhere red/blk..landed a couple 1lbers not camera worthy but i fliqed only the ones that were worthy of a flash...one 3lber that gave an awsome 30sec fight, and one hour and a half thumper..whats a thumper you say? you know that bass that thumps the shi7 out of your worm and he just dosen't comit. but your committed to catching him and every time your thinking of walking on he thumps you again, ALWAYS IN THE SAME SPOT. it takes an hour or so for him to get hooked...yeah thats a thumper..i think that one was better than the 3lber even tho it was a 1lber...goodtimes..
