So I got off work today at around 10:00 AM and really wanted to go fishing.....hit up my buddy Sam and we made it to the lake at about 12:00 PM and had the first line in at 12:05 PM.

we fished right on the right side of what use to be the Lagoon right after you cross the wooden bridge. We managed to hit our limit within an hour using mackerels dipped in some dipped catfish sauce that they sold at the tackle shop.

I wish I brought my Camera but I forgot it again and I ended up taking a picture of the fish when I got home

I realize that I was way too lazy to clean it just yet so I left it in the bath tub while I relaxed

After I finally got over my lazy slump I went and fillet all the fish that we caught

I deep fried it using a special batter I made and this is the result

Nope don't think they are stockers because they are still holding a trout tournament this weekend and it will be the last time before winter season that they stock trout and then they will start stocking cat fish.

The exact spot was...walk on the wolden bridge until the end then turn right and then theres a lil piece of land that goes out, if your facing the tackle shop at that time they'll be a large tree and bush on ur left and the bridge on your right. Casting out to either direction should net you some nice fishes.

I never thought catfish will taste this good, first time eating fish that I caught myself...it was a good idea =D

Nice going; golden brown - looks delicious. its good to see the holdover cats biting; hopefully when they stock it will really stir up the rest of the cats.

God job on the eaters. That is the kind that is just right for the frying pan. Sounds like they are waking up.
