View Full Version : Lake Pyramid 5/26/10 Report, wind included

Fished Lake Pyramid today, I knew the wind would kill it but figured I would get the morning in at least. Got there around 0630 and was fishing by 0700. Anchored up on some marks and started fishing chuck sardine, had a good pick going and got a limit of smaller fish by 0900. By that time is was blowing a solid 15 gusting to 20,25 .Decided to meter around for awhile just to see whats there. Lots of good area to fish at that lake but that's for a less windy day. No fish cleaning facilities that are open at the lake? I hate that.

yeah was like that when i was there last,, was enough people standing around who looked like they work there no one can pick up a phone to get the stations running again? lame stuff

Patrick whats up? Little more room the the old one..but much harder to get on the roof of my truck for sure.Ha.They said last time I was there that the fish cleaning station would be working in a week but that was a few weeks ago.

yeah that sucks,, i need to get back up there soon, still no stripers for me this year :/
