Improvisation is the Name of the Game

Windy as hell, but we're crazy so we had to fish. Headed to a couple bass spots, but it's hard to fish when every cast is carried 10ft to the southeast. The padawan did manage two small spots, however.

Frustrated and losing hope, we head to the designated critter hole. Casts were nearly instant hookups and we compiled about 20 yellowfin croakers and a lone, chunky spotfin all on mussels.

Four day weekend coming up, so maybe MB for a day, NPH for a day, and a day of surfing. Furlough days are awesome. Life is good.

Don't ask what this guy does of all the fish he catches...lol...
