Figured to try the Bait on the long pole method,
(old school style) at Gladstones area assuming
the 6ft. waves forcasted would make the C-Rig
perch set up ,and go for , not a good idea.
Was hoping for Halibut, leo's, rays, ANYTHING http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif
but got NOTHING !!! http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif
Surprisingly though, there was not much of a weed problem,
and did see some nice trenches farther in, which means that if
the 6ft. waves die down, might be good ?
About 8am. the waves did drop down to about 3ft, and surprisingly
were getting lower. Figured HEY !!! maybe the perch spot might be
good now http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_idea.gif Left Gladstones and arrived at the perch spot
to find 6ft. pounders, lots of weed . http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_rolleyes.gif
Tried it out for a little, no bites, gone by 11am.
Oh, well . http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_question.gif had to try anyways http://www.scsurffishing.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif
