El Dorado park kittys are going off

Just wanted to post a quick report from yesterday. Brought my familt to the park for some relaxation, no poles on me. But for the hour that I was there, this Vietnamese father son combo pulled in about 7 kitties off of lake 3. The bite is definitely on right now. So here I am at the lake today, lines wet, just waiting on the action to begin. Hopefully a good report to follow.

Glad to hear the kittys are getting warmer! Good luck to you today and here is a pic of one of the bigger kittys I saw getting caught at El Dorado a week ago. BTW the photo doesn't do that kitty justice....I shot this pic from the side, but head on it was a very wide kitty.

For the catfish experts, the fish in that pic, is it a blue? It looks pretty dark for a channel.

its a channel you can tell by the anal fin
