depending on what you plan on shooting, Big5 has sales on their break barrel spring loaded rifles all the time, I got mine for under 100 bucks with scope and shoots over 1100ft per second, thats as fast a shot as a 22 gauge rifle. Lets just say the neighborhood stray cats heard i got it and have since left the area never to be seen again.

I've got one of those outside my bedroom window, and it never sleeps at night. Fortunately, I've gotten used to the singing. Anyone know what they are?

I have one too. I think they are mocking birds damn them for that singing at night .
