A while back I got an after market bumper for my truck from an outfit called Kennesaw Mountain Accessories. Long Story short they screwed me over and, after doing some research, looks like they make a habit of this. Check the attached links for details.

Seems like you did everything right, and still got a raw deal. As well as others who've done business with Kennesaw d-bags. I would CALL THEM EVERY DAY untill a check was in my hand.
