The details are a bit sketchy on this one. It sounds from the atricle that the ammo discharged from its storage container. Not from the gun itself. Wish I had some more details on this one. Perhaps it was a handloading issue? Can't wait for the gun haters to get on this one :\

My sister-in-law was a few feet from the shooting. She is in charge of the cashiers. The guns were in a duffle bag. The guy went to pull out one of the guns to have a lock put on it when another gun in the bag went off. The guy who owned the gun is a prison guard, at least according to first reports.
