i have a question how do i keep my cut sardines on the hook when i cast out
and 2 what is the best way to fish them at castaic for stripers

I usually push the hook thru the top part of the chunk, you should feel the spinal cord

then i turn it and push it thru the belly part of the chunk.

you cab either fish them with a carolina rig or flyline them (weightless)
