That's a beautiful fish there for sure! Be cool in a saltwater aquarium, but very illegal also. There are places in Newport Harbor where you can see lots of baby Halibut swimming around. Some are even smaller than the one in the photo. If you go out to the last public pier before the west jetty, there is a big sandy area nearby, and if you wear polariod sunglasses and look down into 3-4 feet of water, you can usually see lots of these guys just cruzing around.
