I have this problem of getting photos when fishing. Sometimes, I think twice and take a photo. Most times, I get caught up fishing and if I bring it, my old camera sits in my car. Every once in a blue moon, I remember my phone can suffice and take a shot. Hopefully, I can get an uploader for my old digital I have and start taking more photos. Heres a few from last year:

Solid fish from the Fin. All fattened up from the plethora of food she enjoys at a deep weedline during the summer. For obvious reasons, I did what I had to for this pic to protect the spot from poaching, even at a private lake.

Nice belly! I actually got this fish again in the same spot, on the same bait, on the same retrieve, less than two weeks later. Unfortunately, that time she escaped a photo op.
The rest are just my surf fishing expeditions are around Santa Cruz. All these were taken last year at the beach by the board walk. Fished there all last year, sometimes 3 times a week, and my first day out this year one of the lifeguards kicked me off the beach. Told me it was illegal to fish there. Yet, none of the signs posted ban fishing. Power trip anyone? Oh well, I've found much better places with a car and some intel :Twisted:
