Vail lake this week. Not finished yet

[ART HILL]

Fishing is still very good at Vail Lake. I have had 3 trips this week, and 3 more this weekend and Monday. The bite is changing each day as the fish enter and exit the post spawn. Some fish are still spawning though.

This week we have hammered the fish on Texas rigged 6 inch lizard, Senko's, crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and jerkbaits. There was also some fish caught on the candy bait if it was available. Here are some pictures from the first 3 trips this week.
