Refrigerator Repair/Serviceman

Does anyone know of a good reasonable refrigerator repair/serviceman, that can look at my Kenmore frig?
It's about 5 yrs old and has an issue that needs attention.

What is wrong with it ? Sometimes it can be a simple fix. Unplug it then pull it out and remove the lower cardboarld cover and take a shop vac and clean. They get alot of dust buildup on the coil and fan. Use a narrow brush and clean the coils and vac at the same time.
Should be done every year or two, when clogged they don't cool very good.
