Rich and Noah

Took Noah out on the Coroloma 9am-4pm from Redondo. This boat is from Ventura and working out of Redondo for now. After reading all the 'tail action down in SD, I'm pumped for the coming weeks ahead.
Phil Jr. from 976-TUNA and 'Fear No Tuna' and Bubba from 'Bubba's Custom Rods' were on board giving away some beanies and clothes as prizes for the passengers.
It was a nice trip, great conditions with the sun finally poking out around noon. Fished deeper waters in the morning and went closer to the PV kelp to try for WSB w/ no takers. Fished probably til 5pm and they let us fish even while they were cleaning the fish! The last couple spots produced some whitefish, perch, and bass. The skipper gave us a good run, trying numerous spots and milking the fishing time. The boat is great w/ a huge galley and is a fast boat. Plenty of fish time for a 9am departure, which I needed after a long Sat night.
Official report on 976Tuna:
15 people: 1 Sand Bass 1 Sheephead 13 Whitefish 62 Rockfish 1 Sculpin 3 Red Snapper
