Pyramid Sunday 4/25. Wingnut, TroutOnly and a Striper Virgin.

Took my buddy Peter who has never caught a Striper before to Pyramid Lake with Bob today. If there was ever any guarantees in fishing… it would be fishing on the Salmonoid Phenomenon with TroutOnly. :Cool: Bob, thanks for squeezing me in to your busy guide schedule, I know you’re quite booked up with the Striper season heating up! :Big Grin: Needless to say, Peter is a Striper Virgin NO MORE! :Twisted:

It was a beautiful day to be on the water and the Stripers were out to play. Mostly schoolies, but we did get a few decent size units on the boat. We limited out pretty easily and left the lake by 3:00pm. Only one fish caught on the troll and the rest drifting cut Sardines & Anchovies.

I only worked on Saturday at the FHS Miguel. Too bad, would have like to catch up a little bit with ya. :Cool: In one of the pics of this report, Peter was holding a Striper in his right hand and in his left hand was that Loomis spinning rod that I got from you way back when... putting it to good use. :Wink:
