It was a beautiful morning when we arrived at the lake around 6:45 am. Cloudy but calm waters. It was about 54 degrees. Headed for our first hole and YuAyntRyt broke the ice.

Then I caught my first fish of the day... too small i didn't bother to take a pic. However, we moved on to another spot. On the way to our next spot we were spotted by a few FNNERS! I feel terrible for not remembering their aka's. Nice to meet you all! I'm a bit shy in person.
YuAyntryt hooks up with a good fish a few moments later but fails to land the fish. Then he hooks up with another good fish but it was my fault for knocking the fish off of the hook trying to net it. Whooops!
And BLAM! YuAyntRyt just ain't right. Just because i have an injured hand he doesn't have to wave this one in my face.

Then i just had it! I can't use my cranking rods to burn through the waters like he was doing. I had to answer back gracefully with this apprx. 3lb fish. Finessed the Biggest Catch of the Day! =P

After a dink here and there...He just ain't right...YuAynRyt hooks up with the fourth keeper of the day.

Actually he was pretty pissed prior to this because he lost two good fish. He still can't get over it.
Talking about not gettin' over with... Look at this disfigured looking fish. =\

I wonder what happened to it. It's got a hump on the back and it's got a deep dent on the 3rd half of its body. Weirdo!
We ended up stroking through the dam area for nada. It was very windy. Caught a few dinks by the steep cliff rocks. Nothing substantial. Fun to catch at that depth. i was looking at the fish finder and noticed fish as deep as 20 ft -35 ft. For sheer entertainment i dropped my line and hooked up with some deep runners. We went back to areas we fished last week to find them all dry. Well, maybe a dink here and there. So, we went back to our new honey hole and hooked up with this one.

Ten minutes later I hook up with another good fish and it broke my line. GRRR forgot to retie after the last catch. My bad. Then YuAyntRyt Closes the day with this keeper.

He hooks up with a couple of barely legals after this and a couple of dinks.
Final fish count: 21 total
